At Kames Farm, every parcel is prepared with the same care and attention we give to our plants and animals. We ship our lovingly selected goods from our smallholding on the shores of Loch Melfort with environmental impact and customer satisfaction in mind.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Since many of our products are made or packaged to order, we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We use Royal Mail Tracked services for most UK deliveries and offer international shipping through reliable couriers where possible.

Sustainability

We use biodegradable, compostable, or recyclable materials for packing. We avoid plastic wherever we can—your order should arrive beautiful and waste-free.

Delivery Estimates

UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 7–15 working days Please note: Remote addresses or customs processing may cause slight delays.

Missing or Damaged Items If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos.
