1. What We Sell

We offer a lovingly curated selection of organic gifts, locally sourced fabrics and wool, hand-poured candles, artisan soaps, and unique vintage finds. Since many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, slight variations may occur—that's part of the magic.

2. Placing Your Order

Once you place an order, we’ll begin prepping your parcel with care. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

3. Shipping

• UK Delivery: We use Royal Mail Tracked to deliver in 2–4 working days from dispatch.

• International: We’re happy to ship abroad where we can—costs and times vary by destination. We pack everything in planet-friendly packaging — recyclable wherever possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No worries—you can return items within 7 days of delivery:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Sorry, we can’t accept returns on soaps or other hygiene-sensitive items unless they arrive damaged.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

5. Something Not Right?

If your parcel is damaged or something’s missing, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. A photo or two can really help us speed things along.

6. Age Requirements

You need to be 18 or over to place an order, or have permission from someone who is.
